Welcome to the Tewksbury Teachers Association.


The Tewksbury Teachers Association (TTA) is the professional organization/union representing classroom teachers, specialized teaching personnel, special education personnel, school counselors and educational support personnel (Aides) who work for the Tewksbury School Committee.

The TTA is the exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all our members. The goal of the TTA on behalf of its members is to provide education of the highest possible quality for the students attending the Tewksbury Public Schools.


Mission Statement

The Tewksbury Teachers Association is a member-driven organization, governed by democratic principles, that accepts and supports the interdependence of professionalism and unionism. The TTA promotes the use of its members’ collective power to advance their professional and economic interests. The TTA is committed to human and civil rights and advocates for quality public education in an environment in which lifelong learning and innovation flourish.
